Nursing Home Transport

If you have a loved one who resides in a nursing home and requires transport to a Doctor’s appointment, Prestige Patient Transport can assist you. Prestige will establish a firm time for the resident to be picked up and transported. The most common complaint we hear when establishing service for a new patient is that the prior transport company was always late, or sometimes even failed to show up. Prestige takes great care to arrive on time, or early, and schedules adequate time between transports to permit adhering closely to the transport schedule. You can minimize delays and aggravation at the physician’s office by ensuring the patient arrives on time for their scheduled appointment. Our caring and compassionate staff will carefully transport the patient to their scheduled destination. For typical appointments requiring an hour and a half or less, they will wait to transport the patient home. You are not obligated to use the transport service arranged by the nursing home. If you feel that the current transport company arranged by the home is inadequate, contact Prestige Patient Transport.

Dialysis Patient Transport

If you, a loved one or someone you are providing care for, require ambulance transport to scheduled dialysis treatment, Prestige Patient Transport is well positioned to assist you. Our staff of EMT’s and Paramedics are able to assist you with a basic or advanced life support transport. Your appointments may be scheduled well in advance. If we schedule your transport, Prestige is committed to fulfilling the transport. Every year we are contacted by dialysis providers or caregivers, requesting pickup at the facility because a transport company failed to return and fulfill their patient transport commitment. We are serious about our commitment to the patient, to the point of maintaining a backup transport unit to allow completion of a transport even when a unit malfunctions.

Hospital Originated Transport

If you are a patient care advocate working at a Cincinnati area hospital and have experienced frustration trying to arrange timely medical transport for patients under your care, contact Prestige Patient Transport for reliable, timely and professional service. Prestige will provide an accurate statement of availability, and will immediately update you if the schedule you were provided changes. If transports are stacked and we know we would not be able to arrive until a point in time very late in the day, we will communicate that fact so you can make an informed decision regarding seeking alternate medical transport options. We provide periodic updates, by email or text, to advocates in our client base regarding periods of availability. We have no desire to provide a pick-up time and subsequently arrive two hours after the scheduled time. Your business is VERY important to us and we believe our reliability separates us from our competition and enhances your ability to serve your patients.

Our country owes no higher debt than to provide timely, high quality, compassionate care to our veterans. We encourage you to contact us to arrange transport. We are very familiar with the Cincinnati VA Hospital should you require transport to that facility. We are happy to arrange transport from a significant distance to the Cincinnati VA Hospital should the need arise. In addition, we can also assist in transports from your home or a nursing home to a hospital or doctors appointment if you are in the greater Cincinnati area.

ABOUT PRESTIGE PATIENT TRANSPORT

Founded on the belief that professional patient transport should always be provided in a caring and compassionate manner.

WHERE WE ARE

Prestige Patient Transport, LLC began operations in 2015 to fill a need in Southwestern Ohio and the Tri-State area for professional patient transport services. Founded by two long time friends, Pamela Motta and Julie Collins, they applied a philosophy in their business of fairness and professionalism to their employees and clients. Pam and Julie saw a need for professional medical transport services with a focus on delivering the highest level of patient care.

Prestige Patient Transport, LLC is licensed under Ohio law as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) provider. We operate multiple transport units from our Milford and Mt. Orab, Ohio locations to serve the Tri-State area.

In 2019, Prestige obtained its Texas license as an ALS level service and opened its first office in Victoria, Texas. In 2021 Prestige expanded to San Angelo, Texas to serve Shannon Health, as well as nursing facilities and outlying hospitals.

In early 2021 Prestige expanded to North Carolina, obtaining their North Carolina ALS license, and opening an office in Murphy, North Carolina to serve Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital. Later in 2021 Prestige obtained its ALS license in Georgia and opened its first Georgia office in Blue Ridge, Georgia to serve Fannin Regional Hospital. In mid-2022 a second Georgia office was opened in Ellijay to serve Piedmont Mountainside hospitals in Ellijay and Jasper, Georgia.

In early 2022 Prestige expanded to Chattanooga, Tennessee, and currently operate at an ALS level. In 2023, Prestige expanded into Knoxville TN and in 2024 into Decatur TN. In 2025, PPT expanded into Marietta GA and in early 2026, we opened in Asheville NC. We serve multiple hospitals in the Chattanooga area.

WHAT WE DO

Prestige’s primary focus is to provide transport support for hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. Prestige’s recent growth involves the provision of 24/7 ALS transport support to rural hospitals. It is a market that requires intensive management to insure profitability. Prestige continues to seek growth opportunities and encourages any rural hospital experiencing extended transport wait times to contact us to discuss our approach.

Pamela Motta

President & CEO

Pamela is a co-founder of Prestige Patient Transport. As CEO, Pamela is responsible for managing the company’s overall operations. Her primary focus is delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing technology initiatives and coordinating growth strategies.

Alan Motta

Chief Financial Officer & General Counsel

Alan is focus on implementing growth strategies, tracking operational efficiency, monitoring cash flow and financial planning. In addition, Alan works with regional managers directing marketing efforts and is primarily responsible for new contract negotiation.

Brooke Myers

Assistant Chief Operating Officer

Brooke Myers began her career with PPT as a Paramedic in Murphy, NC, and has played an important role in growing the company’s Southeast operations. She now serves as Assistant Chief Operating Officer, where she supports overall company operations, strengthens team coordination, and helps implement processes that support continued growth and high-quality service.

Sam Myers

Chief Operating Officer

Sam Myers has been with Prestige since 2021, starting in the new NC location. Sam started his career at Prestige as a working paramedic and has been instrumental in developing groundbreaking strategies for success in the rural markets and ambulance transportation. Sam now serves as the COO of Prestige Patient Transport and is responsible for business growth and development strategies and implementation.

Julie Ellison

Vice President of Human Resources and Benefits

Julie Ellison is a dedicated Human Resources leader with more than 5 years of experience supporting PPT. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Benefits, she brings strong leadership, sound decision-making, and clear communication to her role.

Compliance, Benefits, and HR Systems: She ensures the organization follows labor laws, workplace regulations, and internal policies, helping protect both the company and its employees. Her experience also includes benefits administration and HRIS optimization.

Ethical Practice & Credibility: She maintains confidentiality, demonstrates integrity, and promotes fairness, serving as a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees.
